This article begin several questions, between if there is the moral responsibility remember, the objective memory's in the social and individual truthjus-tice and repair process and how it's could be conceptualized the memory word. Important questions have born each year and decades past, in the different knowledge disciplines and political instrument memory, but it's studying and analyzing his difference with the remembers, important element in the national peace and moral conditioned victims for the society. Also, I will answer to the questions on the memory and how is possible to give his a moral responsibility.
