This recension seeks to identify Pass "identity as sameness of identity and diversity in modern times, seeking to consolidate an eco-political community in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) that would appear in the form of an identity project of life for the whole. Defended here the need for LAC citizens organize ourselves as a community of shared feelings with the intention of acquiring the ability to access social traditional (political, economic and ideological-cultural and communications industry) power and this at our disposal to promote and effectively achieve environmental policy to build a community and intercultural philosophy can provide the conditions of possibility of establishing an open polylogue in materials and theoretical basis of equality of cultural traditions that exist in our America that can build community proposal popular enough power to dominate and subdue the predatory activity initiated since 1492, and updated in extractive multinationals of our natural resources and responsible for environmental decline, supported by the elites of arbitrary and authoritarian patrimonial states, with some members of the CELAC.
