The right of petition and remedy of protection are legal mechanisms which help people to make a political control to the State´s actions and to exercise their rights. Nowadays, public entities get thousands of petitions and remedy actions and there is not a specific structure to processing them.

The application of electronic media has made an impact on the function of public entities. Its application for the reception, organization, archive and the response of petitions and remedies of protection could improve the exercise of the administrative function and the accomplishment of State´s purposes.
